Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in St. Catherine Catholic School. Westill have a few seats open for the 2023-2024 school year. Please complete the online inquiry application and one of our admission team will call you and answer all your questions.
- January 8th – March 1st – Re-enrollment will be open for current families.
- March 2nd – May 1st – New students’ applications will be open.
- August 1st deadline to complete the enrollment packets for everyone.
Returning Families
*An email will be sent to parents the first week of January.

- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- Go to the left-side Navigation Menu
- Click on Apply/Enroll
- Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

- Our Admission team will be in touch to schedule a tour.
- Attend the tour with your family.
- Schedule a Shadow Day
*Admission office will call family to answer all the questions and to follow with the next step (tour or shadow day).
Online Application
- Create an Account
- Log in to your account and create a new student application.
- Submit the required documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Last report card from previous school (1st – 8th grade)
- Any academic or psychological evaluations (IEP / 504 Plan, etc.)
*After the admission office reviews your application, we will send you an email with a link to continue with the enrollment packet.
Online Enrollment
- Complete the Enrollment Application
- Submit the required documents:
- Health exam Form DH #3040 (Pre– K – 8th grade)
- Immunization Record Form DH #680 (Pre-K – 8th grade)
- Medical procedure and medication permission (K – 8th grade) (if applicable)
- Parent/Guardian consent to release minor to third party (K – 8th grade) (if applicable)
- Emergency contact supporting documents.
- Court/Custody documents.
- Pay the registration fee.
*Only after acceptance should the family purchase the school uniforms.
*After the admission office reviews your enrollment packet and all the documents that are needed, we will send you an email to let you know that your child has been accepted to our school.
NOTE:
The State of Florida, and Florida Administrative Code Rules, require all students entering and attending school to be immunized. All student’s immunization records must meet state requirements for them to attend St. Catherine Catholic School does not honor religious exemptions.
Medication:
Students may not keep medications of any kind (including cough drops) in their backpacks. Parents may give their children medication at school as needed. If it is necessary for your child to take medication at school on a regular basis the office will need:
- An original prescription bottle /container dated within 10 days. The pharmacist will split the dose into two containers (one for school, one for home) if you ask.
- For over-the-counter medications, or medications prescribed over 10 days prior, a physician’s authorization form is required (see below),
- A parent must sign the medication into the clinic. Please do not send them with your child.
